Jill Connell, Managing Director.
Insight Alliance® was founded by Jill Connell who brings extensive practical senior executive experience to assist clients. Jill has senior executive experience in the consumer goods, retail, business to business, membership services and not-for-profit sectors.
Jill’s career started in marketing, where she led the launch and development of several major brands and received various industry awards for successful marketing campaigns. Jill developed her career into strategic planning and implementation of strategic change. She enjoyed senior roles including as Strategic Planning Director with a large supermarket business, and as Business Change Leader with a large consumer goods organisation where she led the successful Transformation of the organisation across its Australasian region. Jill has extensive experience leading a wide variety of strategic change initiatives.
Jill has strong experience leading businesses, including accountability for sales and profitability. This includes as Managing Director of a well recognised consumer goods company; as General Manager heading the operations of a large membership based organisation where Jill's team tripled funds returned to members within three years; and whilst managing a major retail business unit with revenue exceeding A$1 Billion. Jill holds an Executive MBA, Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance & Investment, as well as the AICD Company Directors Course Diploma.
